#12 Fools | The Daily Doodle

I pity the fool, who doesn't play.

Today’s doodle is about fools.

In my neighborhood, a man dressed like a jester skips through streets, wearing a wide grin and swinging his arms with vigor. You might be quick to judge that he’s on something or completely lost his mind because it’s not everyday you witness an adult in such joyful play.

I prefer to imagine him as an average software engineer fed up with the boredom of working from home, almost like a joy vigilante resisting modern adult death (aka boredom and fear) through ridiculous play.

We all crave opportunities to act like a fool, whether that's skipping through the streets or playing Just Dance with your nephews during the holidays.

Today’s invitation:

I invite you to share in the comments, why you resist opportunities to explore your foolish nature? If you were truly free for a few minutes, how would you act?
