#26 Fashion | The Daily Doodle

Today’s doodle is about fashion.

A dear friend of mine is a stylist. This week, she gifted me a huge bag of clothes for an upcoming photoshoot. In this bag of goodies was a crocheted headpiece.

The headpiece has a crocheted orange cap with strings of beads embroidering the edges. It’s gorgeous. I instinctively wanted to run errands around town simply to show off the craftsmanship.

Remember the old-timey videos of the nineteenth century where everyone wore hats? Working men walked the town in black top hats, while women wore bonnets laced with jewelry and flowers.
