#40 Meetings | The Daily Doodle

Today’s doodle is about meetings.

As a girl, I was all about MyScene. I practically ran a virtual fashion empire, designing outfits and giving my dolls cornrows for our pretend Grammy awards ceremony. My dolls were trendsetters!

One day during a play session, the dolls got an exclusive invite to Barbie’s dream boat. Naturally, I decided to channel my inner fashion gazillionaire, wearing a bright yellow sweater for the occasion.

As I welcomed my imaginary guests with an illustrious speech, I swung my arms enthusiastically, accidentally hitting a lit candle on the nightstand.

Well, you can guess what happened next. The candle took a nosedive onto my favorite sweater, and suddenly, the public school system’s “Stop, Drop, and Roll” came in handy. Luckily, no damage or fear, just my favorite candle and sweater having an unexpected rendezvous.
