#58 Dates | The Daily Doodle

Today’s doodle is about dates.

My partner and I are big foodies. We’ve visited and ranked every restaurant in our neighborhood and continually search for the next experience.

One of our go-to date spots is a Japanese restaurant that weaves modern aesthetics with 2000s anime nostalgia. We usually sit at the sushi bar and engage in lively conversations with the chefs—or better yet, the chefs are chatting with us, haha.

When we visit this spot, it sets the tone for our night because we know it’s going to be filled with laughs, nigiri, and many cups of sake.
